Font colours? - Guild Wars Forums

Just wondering why some people in outposts/cities show up with light blue colours and dark blue colours. What's the reason?

Different channels.

white=all chat.
green= guild chat.
blue= team chat.
pink=trade
orange= alliance

also, on top of other player's heads, if it shows their profession, then they're not in a party, if it shows an amount, then he's the party leader with that amount of people in his party, if it doesn't show anything, then he's in someone else's party.

but the above things doesn't apply to kamadan, LA, kaineng and certain other main cities

Don't feel bad! I only recently figured out it was solo/teammed, too. And I'd been wondering about it for maybe 3 years of playing.
